Modern dance offers physical and mental benefits such as improved strength and flexibility. The class structure includes a warm-up, technique exercises, choreography, improvisation, and cool-down, and instructors create a supportive and inclusive environment for growth as dancers.
Classes focus on developing strength, flexibility, coordination, and musicality. Modern dance plays a vital role in child development, offering numerous benefits. It promotes physical fitness and coordination, while also encouraging creativity and self-expression. Additionally, modern dance classes improve posture, balance, and flexibility. Dancing in a group setting also enhances social skills and teamwork.

Enrollments
- Trial classes - Only one trial per class, per student, after which you have the option to join the academy with pro-rata fees fro the remainder of the term.
- Children are placed into classes based on their experience, with age groups serving as a general guideline rather than a strict rule for those aged 6 and older, while age groups for 1-5 years are more rigid. Teachers will evaluate each student to find the most suitable class, ensuring they build confidence and master essential fundamentals.
- Adult classes are tailored to the participants' needs and skill levels, ensuring that everyone is adequately challenged and makes consistent progress.
