🤸♂️ This class is designed for toddlers aged 2-3 years to participate in acrobatic and gymnastic activities alongside a parent or guardian. The class focuses on developing basic motor skills, coordination, balance, and strength through playful and engaging exercises.
Our Adult and Me programmes have been designed to introduce young children to the exciting and joyful world of dance/acrobatics through the building blocks of posture, stretch, creative improvisation and rhythm. Taught by exceptional professionals through a series of exercises, stories and songs that lay the groundwork for proper technique.

Enrollment
- Trial classes - Only one trial per class, per student, after which you have the option to join the academy with pro-rata fees fro the remainder of the term.
- Children are placed into classes based on their experience, with age groups serving as a general guideline rather than a strict rule for those aged 6 and older, while age groups for 1-5 years are more rigid. Teachers will evaluate each student to find the most suitable class, ensuring they build confidence and master essential fundamentals.
- Adult classes are tailored to the participants' needs and skill levels, ensuring that everyone is adequately challenged and makes consistent progress.
